Abstract
This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and research trends in High-Involvement Work Practices (HIWPs). Despite growing scholarly interest, the field remains conceptually fragmented, lacking a systematic bibliometric synthesis that captures its development and interdisciplinary expansion. The study adopts a bibliometric analysis approach, utilizing performance analysis, bibliographic coupling, and co-word analysis based on 390 studies, retrieved from the Scopus database. Biblioshiny and VOSviewer tools are employed to visualize the results and identify thematic clusters, key contributors, and intellectual linkages in the HIWPs literature. The analysis reveals seven thematic clusters, with core topics including employee commitment, well-being, innovation, and knowledge sharing. There is also a visible interdisciplinary expansion into digital HRM, technology adaptation, and sustainability.
