Abstract
The papers published in this volume were presented at the 4th IndiaLICS International Conference and IndiaLICS International Training Workshop held in New Delhi in 2017, jointly by the Centre for Studies in Science Policy, Jawaharlal Nehru University, CSIR-National Institute of Science Technology and Development Studies (CSIR-NISTADS) and Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS). We are thankful to the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), for providing conference publication grant, which has facilitated the publication of this issue.
