We would like to thank the reader for showing interest in the article titled “Use of topical brimonidine to prevent intraocular pressure (IOP) elevations following Nd:YAG-laser posterior capsulotomy” and appreciating the need to manage the raised IOP after Nd:YAG-laser posterior capsulotomy as narrated in the manuscript
