Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of curcumin on olanzapine-induced obesity in rats. Materials and Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into six groups. Results: Curcumin significantly reduced olanzapine-induced body weight gain. Conclusion: Curcumin showed metabolic alteration effects in olanzapine-treated rats.
