Abstract
Aim: Adult-Onset Still’s Disease [AOSD] is a rare inflammatory condition that causes fever spikes, arthritis and rashes; this case report highlights diagnostic challenges and pharmacological management in a 46-year-old male. Materials and Methods: Clinical findings, laboratory markers and imaging consistent with Yamaguchi criteria were used to support diagnosis and guide treatment. Results: Treatment with anti-inflammatory medications and corticosteroids resulted in significant clinical improvement. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and aggressive management are crucial for favourable outcomes in AOSD.
